By purchasing from Seashell beauty supply, you are agreeing that your order is final. Made to order nail sets are created for your specific nail size, shape and nail art so therefore can't be returned.

If you wish to cancel your order and I haven't already started making your nails, please contact me immediately. 

In the unlikely event that your nails arrive damaged or faulty, you can contact me at seashellnailsbeautysupply@gmail.com and I will resolve this for you ASAP.

You are also agreeing to the order processing time (updated in announcement bar) plus postage time.  

Please note that we are not responsible for delivery times so this may vary. On rare occasions, international postage can take up to 1 month but you will be provided with tracking information.
